Delhi, January 15 2019: To promote art & culture and encourage students to better express their ideas for change, United Kakching Students (UNIKAS), Delhi is organising a State level painting competition under the banner 'Art is Freedom' on Sunday, January 20 at Sumak Leikai community hall, Kakching.

The painting competition, as a part of UNIKAS's Winter Competition 2018, will be held in two categories under two different themes � Esinggi Mamal for Class V to VII students & Ngasigi Manipur for Class VIII to X students, said a statement of president UNIKAS, Delhi, Salam Johnson Singh today.
