Month-long Hindi Masik Samaroh concludes

Imphal, September 14 2022: The valedictory function of month-long Hindi Masik Samaroh cum Hindi Diwas was held today at the multipurpose hall of Rajkiya Hindi Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya Imphal.

The programme was organised by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Students' Union of Hindi Teacher Training College (HTTC), said a press release by Dr Haobam Anandi Devi, Assistant Professor HTTC, Convenor Media and Documentation Committee.

Dr M Achoubi Singh, former Principal of Hindi Teacher Training College; K Ibohanbi Singh, former Associate Professor of HTTC and Professor N Sanjoy Singh, Principal of HTTC graced the occasion as the presidium members.

Addressing the gathering, Dr M Achoubi Singh spoke elaborately on the origin and history of Hindi language and appealed to all to promote the language which is the common language of the country along with the native language of the State.

While speaking at the occasion, Professor N Sanjoy Singh maintained that one should know the aspects and uses of Hindi language besides learning other different languages inorder to pursue for a promising career.

During the programme, prizes were distributed to the winners of the various competitions held during the month-long programme, added the release.
