SC Morcha BJP fetes RS MP

Thoubal, January 13 2021: Scheduled Caste Morcha BJP Manipur Pradesh has felicitated Rajya Sabha MP Leishemba Sanajaoba during a one day political conference held today at Haokha Mamang playground under Wangkhem Assembly Constituency in Thoubal district.

At the event, Leishemba Sanajaoba stated that he is indebted to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for giving him an opportunity to serve the people as a Parliamentarian.

Speaking about his political journey, the titular king said that he was advised by the Prime Minister to enter politics during the latter's visit to the State in 2017 .

Leishemba Sanajaoba also stated that he emerged victorious in the MP election due to the concerted effort of the State Government led by CM N Biren.

Saying that he will remain indebted to the saffron party forever, the MP added that he will dedicate his remaining time to the party and its endeavours.

The titular king also said that no other party would be able to shake BJP for at least 15 years and urged the people not to put their trust on 'unworthy' political parties.

The MP also hinted of opening one Directorate for Scheduled Caste only at Wangkhem AC.

Sekmai AC MLA H Dingo said that the achievements of BJP are not just empty talks but could be seen or heard by one and all.

He also said that BJP will surely come back to power for another term and appealed to the people of Wangkhem AC to support the BJP in the coming election.

As a part of the event, cultural items such as pung cholom, Thang-Ta were also showcased.

People of Wangkhem AC also gifted food grain, rice and other edibles to the titutar king.

BJP Thoubal president Y Kumarjit, BJP Manipur Pradesh spokesperson, Y Nilamani, Scheduled Caste Morcha BJP Manipur Pradesh president, Ng Raghumani and Yairipok Municipal Council Vice Chairperson Konjengbam Ito Singh also attended the programme.
