Expedite construction work along NH-102A, appeals PNTM-C

Senapati, September 12 2024: The Poumai Naga Tsiidoumai Me-Chilivai (PNTM-C) has appealed for prompt execution of construction work along NH-102A (Tadubi-Tolloi Road).

On September 10, a PNTM-C team comprising the president, vice president, general secretary and finance secretary reportedly visited and inspected the construction work sites within the Chilivai jurisdiction from Vaisiichu to Phaibung Khullen and Phaibung Khullen to Ngari Wonphrou for a stretch of about 40 kms.

While expressing happiness at witnessing the progress that the NHIDCL are making, the PNTM-C president, Mashungam Rapongna has made an appeal to maintain quality work in the construction as it is the only route connecting Ukhrul district from Senapati.

The team also reportedly met the officials of the NHIDCL during the inspection including the Regional Manager, Transportation Performance Management and the PRO of the company.

The PNTM-C officials also appealed to all concerned not to create any obstruction in the process of construction work, stating that development comes in the region only from better connectivity.
