Lucknow leg of tour concludes

Imphal, November 11 2024:
The Lucknow leg of the National Integration Tour, organized by the Spear Corps of Indian Army, concluded successfully on November 10 following an enriching experience for the 20 students from Manipur.
This segment of the tour was conducted on November 9 and 10, 2024, allowing the twenty students to explore the historical and cultural richness of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
During their visit, the students had a unique opportunity to interact with Lieutenant General Anindya Sen Gupta, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, the General Officer Command-ing-in-Chief, Central Command inspiring the students to work towards their aspirations and to serve the nation sincerely and with dedication.
The group toured several significant landmarks in Lucknow.
These include the Lucknow Residency, Bada Imambara, Rumi Darwaza, and Hazratganj.
They also received a guided tour of the 11 Gorkha Regimental Recruitment Centre, where they had the opportunity to witness firsthand the training routines of an infantry soldier.
It is worth noting that the National Integration Tour that commenced on November 2, will culminate at Imphal on November 12, 2024 .
