Nemcha Kipgen releases bye-law of Hengjang village

Kangpokpi, January 08 2019: Social Welfare and Cooperation Minister Nemcha Kipgen today released bye-law of Hengjang village and inspirational quotation books in a function held today at the village in Leimakhong.

Addressing the gathering as chief guest, Nemcha lauded the headman of the village for documenting and drafting the bye-law.

She said that the bye-law will enhance administration of the village.

The Minister also highlighted various welfare schemes and programmes successfully implemented by the Government and encouraged all to avail the benefits of the schemes.

She assured all possible help from her side in future development works in the village.

Chairman ADC Sadar Hills, Haokholal Haneshins, MDC, ADC Sadar Hills, Damma Vaiphei and Executive Member, ADC Tamenglong, Hatlhing Doungel, amongst others graced the occasion as guest of honour, functional president and special guest respectively.
