Imphal, July 05 2015 : A new Lions Club branch named Lions Club of Imphal Central was opened today at Nirmala Hotel here under Lions Club International (LCI) District 322-D .

LCI District 322-D immediate past district governor H Manikumar Singh, Lions Club of Imphal city outgoing president K Gopal Singh and LCI District 322-D past district governor T Seityapriya Singh attended the inaugural function as chief guest, presiding officer and special invitee respectively.

In the course of the function, H Manikumar introduced the new board of directors of both Lions Club of Imphal City and Lions Club of Imphal Central.

There are 17 Lions Clubs in Manipur under LCI District 322-D including the one opened today.
