DESAM alleges foul play in class XII physics exam; said question uploaded hours before the exam

Democratic Students' Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) today alleged the Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur of playing foul play in conducting the Class XII final examination held today.
General Secretary of the Student body N.Adision , while speaking to reporters said that a team of DESAM volunteers along with All Liangmei Naga Students' Union, Assam Manipur and Nagaland conducted a inspection visit to 7 schools including two at Hill district.
He said during the inspection visit students appearing the examination at TS Paul Women College and Kakching Higher Secondary school.
He said at At TS PaulWomen College Students of HRD Academy were appearing the final examination and found that the students were being supplied answers from outside where answer from questions 1 to Question no.20 were sent inside in toto.
He said similar case was also found at Kakching Higher Secondary School where students of Padma Ratna English School and Paul Star College Wabagai were appearing.
The general secretary of DESAM further stated that the exam started at 10 am and ends at 1 pm however, the question paper of today's examination (Physics) was found uploaded at Social Networking site at 9 am.
This means that the question was already leaked to the students before the examination.
Adison further added that responsibility of leaking the question paper should be held responsible by the Council of Higher Secondary School.
Regarding the matter the student body had lodged a complaint to the Council of Higher Secondary School to look into the matter.
He urged the Council authority to clarify on the matter.
He also said that the assurance made by the chairman of the council turn out to be a mere joke.
Earlier, the council director had assured to conduct the examination free and fair.
He also said that flying squad were appointed to make sure that no unfair means will be allowed during the examination.
However, DESAM expressed shocked in seeing many helpers outside the examination center.
