Imphal, September 30 2020: The Zomi Council and the Paite Tribe Council have extended their profound gratitude to Chief Minister N Biren Singh for inducting Vungzagin Valte, MLA from Thanlon Assembly Constituency in the Council of Ministers after the recent reshuffle of the Ministry.

Vungzagin Valte was recently allotted the Tribal Affairs and Hills, Transport and GAD portfolios.

Thanking the Chief Minister for inducting Valte in the Council of Ministers, the Zomi Council said that allotting such responsible portfolios will immensely benefit the hills and in bringing equitable development to the whole State.

Thanlon Assembly Constituency has not had a Cabinet Minister for decades, recalled Zomi Council and added that the act of the Chief Minister will go down very well with the people.

The Paite Tribe Council too thanked the Chief Minister for inducting Vungzagin Valte in the Council of Ministers.
