IM announces 7 days mourning

As a mark of respect to the departed leader, Isak Chishi Swu, the Yaruiwo of Nagalim, a seven-day mourning will be observed throughout 'Naga-lim' from June 28 to July 4 .
According to an information circulated by the cabinet secretary, 'government' of the People's Republic of Nagalim (GPRN), DG Robert, during the State mourning period, the 'national flag' would be flown half-mast in all the 'government' offices and the official residence of authorities and there will be no official entertainment.
At the same time, the Naga public organisations under the aegis of Naga Hoho and ENPO appealed to all the Naga civil societies, various Naga tribe organisations, all the Naga national political groups, political parties, concerned citizens and well wishers to attend the public memorial condolence service to be held on June 30 at 2 pm, at Agri-Expo, Dimapur in honour of late Isak Chishi Swu, the Yaruiwo (Chairman) of the NSCN.
