3rd State level exhibition wraps up

Imphal, December 23 2017: The 38th State Level Science, Mathematics and Environment Exhibition for Children, 2017, organised by the Science Unit Department of Education (s), Manipur, wrapped up today at Lamyanba Shanglen, Palace compound .

The exhibition which began on December 20 was conducted under the theme ‘Innovation for sustainable development’ .

The winners of various competitions and exhibitions of the event were felicitated and prizes were also distributed as a part of the closing function .

Speaking as the chief guest, Director Education (s) Th Kirankumar said that extra curricular activities are very important for students as they will provide numerous benefits in the future life of the students .

He stated that students involving in different competitions will enhance their creativity and talent, apart from being academically good .

Additional Director, Science Promotion, Dept of Education, RK Tenedy and Additional State Project Director, RMSA, Manipur, L Nandakumar Singh attended the closing day as guests of honour.
