CorCom's booklet identifies 'outsiders on rent'

Imphal, October 22 2012: In line with its earlier ultimatum to release all outsiders staying on rent by December 31, the CorCom has published a booklet listing the houses and areas where rooms/houses have been put out on rent to outsiders.

Giving an Assembly Constituency wise break up of the houses where outsiders have been accommodated, the booklet mentioned altogether 17 addresses and names of the landlords where outsiders have been accommodated in Heingang Assembly Constituency.

On top of these 36 names have been mentioned where they have bought landed properties at Koirengei Nepali Basti.

Twenty four names/addresses have been given in Naoria Pakhanglakpa AC at Malom Sorok Maning, Kwakeithel Mayai Leikai, Kwakeithel Makha Leikai, Malom Maning Leikai, Kwakeithel Lamlong Mari Fangba Sorok Maning, Kwakeithel, Kamong Sorokki Awang, Kwakeithel Heinou Khongnembi, Kwakeithel Maning Leikai Sorroki Makha, Kamong Mamand Leikai, Malom Sorok Maning side, Hiyangthang Sorok Maning (Lai Makhong), Hiyangthang Makha Leikai and Hiyangthang Mayai Leikai.

At Thangmeiband AC, the names and addresses of 311 where outsiders are staying have been mentioned.

At Thangmeiband Yumnam Leikai three outsiders have bought landed properties.

The names of nine landlords have been mentioned at Sinam Leikai, Lairenhanjaba Leikai, Maisnam Leikai and Hanjab Leikai, 79 names at Polem Leikai, Hijam Dewan Leikai, Lourungpurel Leikai, near THYO Club, near Lup Maraup, Khuyathong Pukhri Achouba Mapal, Lourung Purel Leikai near NCC office.

223 landlords have been mentioned at Nagamapal Phougeisangbam Leikai, Kangjabi, Thingel, Khoirom Leikaiu, Kagnjabi Leirak, Lamabam Leikai, Kangjabi Leirak, Meinam Leikai, Takhellambam Leikai, Nagamapal Phougeisangbam Leikai, Lalambung Ningthoujam Leikai, Lalambung Khoirom Leikai, Lalambung Naosekpham Leikai, Lalambung Makhong Seram Leirak, Lalambung Makhong, Chungkham Leirak, DM College campus, Major Khul, Khoyathong and BOC.
