Clarification on Moreh mishap

Imphal, November 20 2011: Apropos to the news item published under the caption 'Mishaps kill two' in the November 20 issue of this paper, it is set on record that no one was killed in the road mishap at Moreh.

Rather a 22 year old youth identifed as Paoboi Baite son of a pastor was hit by a water tanker at Moreh in which he sustained a broken bone injury in the torso region and leg.

The youth has been admitted to a hospital and there are reports that he is suffering from internal bleeding as well.
