Imphal, September 20 2021: A team BJP Mahila Morcha Manipur Pradesh led by its president L Loteeka Leima visited the Chanura Leikol Children Home today at Khurai Kongpal Laishram Leikai and distributed sanitary pads and edible items to the adolescent girls of the home.

The programme has been organised as a part of the Seva Aur Samarpan Abhiyan which is a Nation-wide 20 days campaign initiated on 71st birthday of PM Narendra Modi and to mark the completion of 20 years of Prime Minister's public service.

Today's programme was conducted under the theme "Healthy Women Healthy Bharat", with an aim to promote health, hygiene and welfare of women.

During the distribution program, L Loteeka Leima also sensitized the girls on awareness of menstrual hygiene.

Further, she also interacted with the young girls and enquired about their needs and assured to extend all possible help to them.
