Thoubal, October 19 2019: The 2nd Special Gram Sabha for the finalization and approval of Gram Panchayat Development Plan and Labour Budget for the year 2020-21 organized by Top-Chingtha Gram Panchayat, Keirao CD Block, Imphal East was held at Top-Chingtha Pukhri Achouba Mapal Community Hall today.

The Gram Sabha meeting was attended by member Tulihal Zilla Parishad, Kongbam Inaocha Devi as chief guest; pradhan Top-Chingtha Gram Panchayat, Yumnam Tomba as functional president and Block Development Officer (BDO), Keirao CD Block, Imphal East, Laljoy Thongam and ward members of the said Gram Panchayat as guests of honour.

Public of Top-Chingtha GP, members of Self Help Group (SHG), Asha Workers, Anganwandi Workers, club, organization etc were also present in the gram sabha.

Officials of different line department - Minor Irrigation Dept, PHED, Veterinary and Animals Husbandry Dept, Social welfare Dept, Dept of Forest and Environment, RD and PR, Education, Health and Medical and CAF&PDA, Imphal East highlighted the present and future schemes taken and to be taken up by each department in the meeting.

They also addressed all the queries raised by the public in the meeting.
