Imphal, February 19 2021: Members of three financial committees of the Manipur Legislative Assembly for the financial year 2021-22 were named in the Budget Session today by Speaker Yumnam Khemchand.

DD Thaisi, K Shyam, Kh Joykishan, Ginsuanhau, Alfred Kangam Arthur, O Surjakumar and M Rameshwar were named mem- bers of the Committee on Public Accounts.

N Loken, Chaltonlien Amo, AK Mirabai, P Brojen, Khasim Vashum, S Rajen and L Susindro were named members of the Committee on Estimates.

D Korungthang, Ngamthang Haokip, K Meghachandra, Fajur Rahim, Asabuddin, T Robindro and N Indrajit were named members of the Committee on Public Undertakings.

Meanwhile, when MLA Kh Joykishan stated that T Robindro who is also Chairman of the PDA has been included as a member of the Committee on Public Undertakings, Speaker Y Khemchand responded that "how his name was included as a member of the committee will be looked into" .
