Bishnupur, January 17 2020: The eight-day Nambol Bora Festival 2020 at Nambol Higher Secondary School Playground (Khoriphaba Playground) Nambol ended today.

The closing function was attended by Chairperson Nambol Municipal Council Ch Basanta Singh, general secretary of Theatre Centre Manipur and advisor Kanglei Eco-Tourism Development Association Kh Ranbir Singh and Vice Chairperson, Nambol Municipal Council A Bimola Devi as presidium members.

Pradhan Utlou Gram Panchayat N Sarat Singh, Pradhan Sanjenbam Pukhrambam Gram Panchayat N Birjit Singh, Pradhan Ishok Gram Panchayat W Deven Singh, Nambol Municipal Council Councillors and SDO Nambol Ch Bobo Singh, social worker Binarani Devi also attended the event as special guests.

The festival was organised by Kanglei Eco-Tourism Development Association (KENDRA) under the theme "Think Globally, Act Locally".

About 40 stalls exhibiting apparel, food items and various products were opened during the festival and various cultural events were organised.
