ARPS Mantripukhri celebrates Annual Day

The Assam Rifles Public School (ARPS), Mantripukhri celebrated its 15th Annual Day with great pomp, mirth and fervour at Col Viplav Tripathi Trainingshed, IGAR(SOUTH), Mantripukhri on Thursday.
It was attended by dignitaries including Major General Ravroop Singh, SM, Patron, School Management Committee, Navjeet Kaur, Regional President ARWWA, Brigadier Neeraj Shanna, Chairman, Priyanka Sharma and Lt Col A P Abraham, said a release.
ARPS principal, Dr Alka Jain, teachers, parents and students also attended the event.
The programme commenced with the traditional lighting of lamp by the chief guest Major General Ravroop Singh followed by the release of the school magazine, "The Enlighteners 2024-2025" .
Maj Gen Ravroop Singh also delivered an inspiring and motivational speech encouraging the students to pursue excellence and embrace challenges.
During the event, Dr Alka Jain presented the progressive annual report of the school.
It was followed by the distribution of prizes to the meritorious students, ARWAA Awards for Child Achiever 2024-2025, ARWWA Award of Excellence and felicitation of teachers.
The event continued with a rendition of exciting cultural programmes such as skit on social media, yoga, Nari Shakti dance, Group song, etc.
The event concluded with the singing of the National anthem.
The dignitaries also visited the school stall where the students showcased their models giving information about the various innovative ideas that have been given shape.
