Imphal, December 12 2016: As part of the 77th Nupi Lan anniversary observed across the State today, a women's race christened Nupi Lan Ningshing Lamjel was flagged off from Nupi Lan Memorial Complex today.

The race flagged off by 25th State Level Nupi Lan Ningshing Lamjel Amasung Ningshing Thouram 2016 president Ksh Prabhahini had its finishing point at Singjamei Super Market.

The race was divided into three categories namely green (35-45 years), yellow (45 to 58 years) and pink (above 59) .

Sonia Kangbam, Ningthoujam Memota and Laishram Memsana won the first, second and third positions respectively in green category.

Saikhom Bidisini, Paonam Indira and Khoibam Sodiya won the first, second and third position respectively in yellow category.

Th Ibemhal, Th Yekashini and N Memcha won the first, second and third position respectively in pink category.
