Senapati NPF ADC Members merged with BJP reportedly camping at Ukhrul

Ukhrul, February 12 2018:
The Senapati District NPF ADC Members who merged with BJP, are reportedly stated to be camping at Ukhrul district in an undisclosed area.
According to reliable source, the six ADC members of Senapati District elected from NPF's ticket have been camping somewhere in Ukhrul district immediately after they merged with BJP.
The exact reasons are yet to be ascertained as to why the six defected NPF ADC Members have camped somewhere at Ukhrul district, however, camping at Ukhrul district might have serious impact in the political scenario of the district in the near future, according to the public.
Speaking to our correspondent in his office chamber on the possible consequences, Ukhrul Autonomous District Council Chairman Dickson said whether camped at Ukhrul or not, he and his NPF colleagues will stand by the party principles.
He further expressed that he only came to know about the situation through social media and is neither aware of camping location nor is concerned about the matter.
"We should stand by our party principles and not on the political waves", he said while adding that he joined NPF and contested election after understanding the issues of the Nagas.
It is better not to betray the people, but we will uphold the political principles of party that have been laid down and accepted by us, he further added.
In an exclusive interaction with the BJP ADC Member, Ukhrul District, Mark Luithing about the incident of camping in the district, he said that it is always better to have long term policies in everything and working with National political party like BJP is always advantageous.
On the other hand, some of the district level BJP leaders expressed that it would not be the right time to disclose their location or whereabouts and the said information will be disclosed only after the issues are settled amicably and when good governance returns in Senapati district.
