'Mass copying in exam is a sin'

'Mass copying and use of unfair means in the examination is a sinful practice displeasing in the sight of God and hinder the blessing of God in the life of students', St Luckson Anal, Co-ordinator of Gospel Friends has stated while addressing a gathering of students, parents, Civil Societies Leaders, Chiefs on the occasion of the blessing service of the ensuing HSLC Examination 2014 candidates of Life Way Christian Academy (SviS of E.M.School) Chandel held at the school's Chapel Hall today.
St Luckson Anal, who is also a father of two candidates amongst the ten students of the school, observed that 'unless system of examination in Chandel is changed by way of complete eradication of this evil practice, there will be no IAS officer coming from us even if we work hard' .

He further pointed out that students and parents are robbing their age by providing wrong information on the date of birth.
Terming this unhealthy practice as 'cheating', Luckson opined that people died early due to this reason.
Principal of the school Ts Ngamwar Anal, who also spoke on the occasion, said that the event has been organized to proclaim the commitment of the school and the candidates of the ensuing HSLC examination 2014 to refrain from using unfair means.
During the service, CNPO President Gabriel Chinir, ANTA President Wng Kohring Victor, NSUC President Sr Joningam, ALT President Ps Monihring, ASR President St Ruth and NGO activist Ps Ngamnung were present.

As a part of the programme, St Vanhring Anal, a passed out student of Life Way Christian Academy, and daughter of St Luckson was honoured by the School authority as an exemplary student who completely abstained from using unfair means in the last HSLC Examination and Higher Secondary Examination.
