Training programmes held at ICM Imphal

Imphal, January 08 2025:
A "3 Months PMKVY (4.0) Traditional Hand Embroidery Training Programme" kicked off on Wednesday at the conference hall of Institute of Cooperative Management (ICM), Imphal in Lamphelpat.
The training programme was organised by ICM Imphal under the sponsorship of North Eastern Handicrafts and Handloom Development Corporation Limited (NEHHDC).
The inaugural function was graced by Khoichung Rangamlian Aimol, Director, ICM, Imphal; Masotmi Zimik, State Engagement Officer, National Skill Development Corporation and Chandamita Baruah, Assistant Manager, Skill Development, NEHHDC as presidium members.
Speaking on the occasion, Khoichung Rangamlian said that the training programme was conducted with the aim to empower participants with valuable skills that will enable them to grow their businesses and contribute to the local economy.
He also exhorted the participants to use the knowledge they gain from different experts wisely to become successful entrepreneurs.
Altogether, 80 individuals are participating in the training programme.
Meanwhile, the "C-PEC Training Programme on Common Accounting System & MIS" organised by ICM, Imphal concluded today at its premises in Lamphelpat.
The 3 days long training programme was conducted under the sponsorship of NABARD Regional Office, Manipur.
The closing function was attended by P Ranjit Singh, President, Manipur State Cooperative Bank Ltd; Dr Kh Somorendro Singh, former Director, ICM, Guwahati and Khoichung Rangamlian Aimol as presidium members.
As part of the event, certificates were distributed to the participants of the training programme.
