RSBJ smart card machines to be upgraded soon

With the endeavour to solve the technical problem faced by smart card holders of Rastriya Swasthya Bima Yojana (RSBJ), the Government would soon upgrade the machines in all the districts where the national health insurance scheme were implemented.
This was stated by Executive Director of Manipur State RSBJ Scheme, NS Gokulmani at its office located at the premises of Labour dept, Lamphelpat.
Gokulmani said that the scheme was implemented in six districts of the State as the first phase in 2010.So far, 64428 beneficiaries were issued smart cards while 3264 received the benefits.
He said the RSBJ benefits can be availed at Raj Polyclinic, North AOC; Langol View Charitable Clinic, RIMS Gate; and Shija Hospitals, Langol.
He said technical problem while using smart cards in the said private hospitals would be solved soon and the machines would be upgraded so that such problems are overcome.
