Kanggui, November 26 2013: Election to the office of Gunhom Lhang Inpi will be held on Nov 3o at Kanggui (Kangpokpi) CC Hall near Thomas Ground, according to the Election notification issued by N Sehjalien Gangte, Thuchingpipu (Gen Secy), Kuki Inpi Sadar Hills today.

Gangte said that the Election to the office of Gunhom Lhang Inpi will be conducted by Kuki Inpi Sadar Hills where all chiefs' associations, students' organisations, VAs and Women Union within Sadar Hills will have the voting right for the election.

He also said that the election will be conducted for the post of Inpi Pu (President), Semang (Vice-Prez), Pachong (Defence-VP), Thuchingpipu (Gen Secy) and Lhangsam (Info &Pub.) in Proposal system and not by nomination system.

Appealing all the vote holders to take part in the election, Sehjalen said that Oath Taking and distribution of Election Certificate will be conducted the same day.
