TA & Hills Minister inaugurates three community halls at Senapati

Senapati, October 23 2019:
Tribal Affairs and Hills Minister N Kayisii today said that Yangkhullen and its adjoining villages will develop if the children of the region are developed.
N Kayisii made the statement while addressing the gathering as the chief guest at the inaugural function of three new community halls at Yangkhullen village in Senapati district today.
Sharing his passionate love for children and their innocence, N Kayisii emphasized on the need to train and guide children in the right path.
The future belongs to the younger generation therefore the development of Yangkhullen too lies in the hands of its children, he added.

Expressing deep regrets on the lack of basic infrastructures in the area, Kayisii also assured all possible assistance for development of the region and the people.
Kayisii also urged the youth to be vigilant and get registered through Employment Exchange so as to benefit in future recruitment opportunities.
The three community halls inaugurated by N Kayisii includes one each at Yangkhullen, Bendramai and Makuilongdi villages.
The halls were inaugurated by the minister in the presence of Additional Chief Secretary, Letkhogin Haokip IAS and Deputy Commissioner of Senapati, Somorjit Salam IAS as the guest of honour and functional president respectively.
Officials from TA & Hills department, MTDC, members of Senapati ADC, SDOs of Wilong and Paomata, DLOs, student leaders and villagers also attended the function.
N Kayisii also inspected Bendramai PHC and interacted with the staff of the clinic.
Somorjit Salam, DC Senapati, in his speech, said that community hall is a basic need at the present age and asked the people of the region to treat it as their own property.
Letkhogin Haokip asked the people of the region to serve the Lord in gladness at all times.
In their memorandum submitted to the minister, the local people of the region asks the minister to upgrade the 'Time to Care Unit' to PHSC, for women market and an ambulance to the region to have free passage of patients.
