Joseph Pauline takes charge as DC Noney

Noney, September 14 2022: Joseph Pauline and Pourallung Kabui have taken charge as the new Deputy Commissioner of Noney and SDO of Longmai (Noney) respectively.

District Administration Noney, Villages Council Longmai Area and Development Committee BJP Longmai Segment today jointly organised a reception programme to welcome the newly posted officers at DC Noney Office Chamber.

The programme began with a prayer pronounced by Rev G Adim, chairman LCF, Pastor Longmai-4, Baptist Church.

Speaking on the occasion, Joseph Pauline expressed his gratitude to all the CSO leaders of Longmai Area, villages leaders, Development Committee BJP Longmai Segment and media team of Noney District Working Journalist Union (NoDWJU) for the warm welcome.

He stated that Noney is lucky as national projects are being carried out in the district under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister N Biren Singh.

The DC continued that his first priority will be on the NH-37, to expedite the double lane construction and other roads connected to the District HQ.

The CSO leaders and village leaders of Longmai Area appreciated the State Government and local MLA & HAC Chairman, Dinganglung Gangmei for posting the new DC and SDO.

They also assured to provide their full support to the District Administration to bring development and progress in the district.

Moreover, a team led by the new DC along with CSO leaders also inspected the road conditions near Noney Bazar.

The leaders of Villages Council Longmai Area, chairman/secretary & members of Longmai Area Villages, Development Committee members of BJP Longmai Segment, DLOs/ BLOs of Noney District, Longmai Bazar Board members, Longmai Youth League, students leaders & NoDWJU members also took part in the programme.
