Arrangement for Assembly session

As safety precautionary measures and to ensure smooth functioning of the ensuing 6th session of the 10th Legislative Assembly slated for commencement from Dec 18 in the new Assembly Hall, Chingmeirong, several arrangements have been made.
As per an office memorandum, vehicles of CM, Dy CM, Speaker, Ministers, Chairman HAC, VC of HAC, Parliamentary Secretaries and MLAs should enter Gate No 1 and park at Parking No 1 on the Northern side of the Assembly Hall and exit through Gate No 2 .
Vehicles of CS, DGP, Addl CS, ADGP who are on duty during the session should enter through Gate No 2 and park at the North Western side of the Hall near the main entrance door of the basement and exit by the same gate.
The PSOs of the officers should also be allowed to enter the Assembly Complex without arms and vehicles of officers from Secretary to Principal Secy level should enter through Gate No 2.Vehicles of Government Secretariat and Departments should not enter the Assembly Campus and they should park vehicles at the parking area designated by the MTP and enter through Gate No 2 .
All officers should deposit their mobile handsets to the security (CID) personnel deployed on duty.
All vehicles of the escort parties should not enter the Assembly campus.
However, all the PSOs should enter the campus through Gate No 3 without arms and exit by the same gate or should accompany their concerned MLAs through Gate No 2.Owing to health reason, the PSO of Revenue Minister should be allowed to enter through Gate No 1 without arms.
Private vehicles of Assembly Secretariat employees, media and employees of PWD and Simplex company should enter through Gate No 3 on the Western side of the Hall and park their vehicles at Parking No 2 and enter the Hall through the main entrance door at the Western side of the hall and exit by the same gate.
Official vehicles of Assembly Secretariat holding while car pass, medical team and fire tenders of MFS should enter through Gate No 2 and park inside the Western side of the Assembly campus near Parking No 2 and exit by the same gate.
All visitors intending to witness the proceedings of the House from the galleries should invariably bring proof of identity.
Vehicles of the visitors should not be allowed to enter the Campus and they should park vehicles parking area designated by the MTP and enter through Gate No 2 .
Fire arms/materials not related with the Business of the House in possession of the Members should be deposited with the security personnel on duty (Marshal staff) .
Besides, no construction/renovation work is to be continued during the session.
