Anallon Chiefs' Association provides assistance

Chandel, July 07 2022: The Anallon Chiefs' Association has provided food items to needy people living in border villages of Anal area.

In a release, the association informed that on its visit to check poppy plantation in border villages of Anal area, they came across some people who were bedridden for a longtime due to sickness with no one to look after.

The association provided assistance to 6 persons namely Nl Shangkham of Khambathel who has been suffering from cancer; Hb Ngamhring of Riverlane (differently abled); Lh Khimung of Thungcheng (BP stroke); Lk Joynahring of Tampi (BP stroke); Sp Kheltung of Chakpikarong (blind); and Kl Dalsohman of Duthang (deaf/blind) .

The Anallon Chiefs' Association further appealed to the Government to help the people who are in need and are not able to earn their living.
