EEA celebrates academic week

Imphal, June 07 2015 : Emmanuel English Academy, Yaingangpokpi celebrated its annual academic week today.

Tellou-Chana-Seijang Gram Panchayat Pradhan L Dinesh, EEA advisor L Rameshchandra, former COHSEM chairman and AMMIK president Dr Hamom Naba, Yaingangpokpi Village Committee Chairman N Sanatomba, BOSEM Deputy Secretary and EEA Chairman S Mangi, land donor to EEA N Borni Leima, Thamnapokpi Village Committee secretary M Amuba, EEA (Higher Secondary) Principal Prof Dr O Ibochouba and EEA (High School) Principal Ng Sarat attended the function as presidium members.

One main feature of the function was distribution of prizes to students of the school who won different competitions organised in connection with the annual academic week.

This was followed by a Thang-Ta performance by students of the school.

The function culminated with a friendly football match between students and staff of the academy on one side and AMMIK members on the other side.
