Imphal, December 06 2024: A Two-Day International Conference on "Advances in Mathematics and its Application" kicked off today at VC Court Hall, Manipur University (MU), Canchipur.

The conference was organised by the Department of Mathematics, MU .

The inaugural function was attended by Prof N Lokendra Singh, Vice Chancellor, MU; Prof O Ratnabala Devi, Head, Department of Mathematics, MU; Prof Sumitra Phanjoubam, Dean, School of Mathematical & Physical Sciences, MU; Prof Abdolrahman Razni, Department of Pure Mathematics, Imam Khomeini International University, Iran as presidium members.

Altogether, 28 speakers including 26 from outside the State are participating in the conference.
