Putting up for points for the Government to consider, the MDB urged that required criminal investigation under relevant laws be taken up and book all murderers and conspirators within a clear time frame of 30 days; initiate all measures to clear any organized criminal base and their infrastructure; reassure and instil confidence in law and order of the State, including Hill areas; provide all required support and befitting State compensation to the family of late Athuan Abonmai and provide assurance in writing on the above measures for delivering justice and confidence to the Athuan Abonmai's family and the public.
