Lamka, May 06 2015 : At least three persons, who were initially named by the State BJP when the party announced its nominees for the ADC poll, were left astounded as they found their names replaced by others.

Jehovah Malsawm of Senvon DCC, Laltlangmawi of Vangai DCC, Lalropieng Hmar of Parbung DCC and Laltawi of Zenhang Lamka DCC accused the State BJP leaders of commercialising party tickets.

They claimed that some State party leaders had commercialised the party tickets and replaced them by others for money.

The disgruntled workers also claimed that the dubious conduct of the party leaders has dissuaded several other candidates the party has named as their nominees from contesting the poll on BJP tickets citing the cases of Sangaikot and Singngat.

The workers said that the party needs to be cleansed from within alleging the State leadership as anti-tribal.

Saying that the State BJP leaders take ADC poll as a means to earn quick money, they demanded immediate change of leadership.
