Thoubal, January 02 2015 : Integrated Rural Development Service Organisation (IRDSO) and WinG (Women in Governance) celebrated its 28th foundation day at IRDSO office complex, Wangjing yesterday.

Founder of IRDSO, Narengbam Ibotombi Singh, Retd Principal YK College, Wangjing, vice-president, IRDSO, Jugindro Singh, treasurer, IRDSO, Ibechoubi and social worker Ibomcha attended the function as the presidium members.

Convenor of WinG (Women in Governance) Manipur, Nonibala Nareng-bam presented gifts to the presidium members, staff of IRDSO, members of WinG, Manipur and also to mediapersons of Thoubal district.

A booklet of IRDSO & WinG was also released during the programme.
