Bishnupur, December 31 2021: 'Eigi Emung, BJP gi Emung' (Mera Parivar, BJP Parivar) campaign organised by Election Management Committee for M Prithviraj concluded on Thursday.

The campaign was carried out in various parts of Bishnupur district to spread awareness on the developmental works undertaken by the BJP Government over the last 4.5 years.

During the programme held at the residence of Thoudam Brojen, 27/10 Ngangkha Leikai Ward No 5, M Prithviraj, BJP intending candidate of Moirang AC hoisted the party flag, followed by a sticker campaign.

Speaking on the occasion, M Prithviraj stated that the campaign was carried out to spread awareness on the various welfare and people-centric schemes initiated by the BJP Government led by Chief Minister N Biren Singh.

He appealed to the people to support BJP in the forthcoming election to bring change and development in Moirang AC and the State.

Moreover, BJP Moirang Mandal also conducted 'Eigi Emung, BJP gi Emung' campaign at Polling No 27/22, 27/33 Moirang Philem Leikai, Ward No 7 Moirang Okshongbung Leikai on Thursday.

During the event, Moirang AC MLA P Sharatchandra led the BJP workers in hoisting the party flag and carrying out a sticker campaign.

The programme was attended by Barun Methy, Vishtarak in-charge Bishnupur District and Barun Singh, Vishtarak, in-charge BJP Moirang Mandal.

Similarly, BJP Kumbi Mandal in association with N Mangi, BJP intending candidate also conducted 'Eigi Emung, BJP gi Emung' campaign at Polling Station 29/21 Ithai Bazaar Community Hall on Thursday.

It was attended by former Minister, N Mangi Singh; N Dinesh, uppa adyaksha Bishnupur District; M Brojen, Zilla Parishad member, Wangoo Borayangbi GP; P Baleshwor, pradhan Wangoo Terakhong GP; W Meghachandra, councilor Kumbi Municipal Council; and councilor W Bobychand Luwang as presidium members.
