Imphal, March 30 2015 :
Remarking that the statement issued by MSF in response to their appeal to explain the tussle between MSF and Nirmalabas School authority was irrelevant and quite asunder from the central point, DESAM has declared that it is ready to debate the matter at a proper platform at an appropriate time.
The allegation that academic atmosphere in the State has gone haywire since the birth of DESAM should be decided by the public, not by any organisation like MSF, said a press release issued by DESAM.
DESAM went on to ask, "What mode of positive thinking guided MSF to ban school and invite people to come to their office if any wants to know the reason for closing the school?" .
Declaring that DESAM would always stand for educational institutions, students and their rights, it remarked that MSF would not have impose any prohibition on any educational institutions had they understood what exactly is social contract approach.
DESAM would not like to indulge in mudslinging with any organisation like MSF which according to them (DESAM) has ad-hominem character, it added.
