No draft plan on Naga Peace Accord: RSS

Imphal, January 28 2018: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Manipur Prant, has clarified that RSS does not have any draft plans in connection with the NagaPeace Accord.

A press release issued by RSS Manipur Prant Sanghachalak, claimed that RSS has always stood for the protection of the territorial integrity and communal harmony of Manipur.

It further claimed that in 2001, a five members team of RSS even met the then Home Minister of the country demanding the Central Government to refrain from taking any steps which might harm the territorial integrity of the State as well as to refrain from extending the cease fire agreement to Manipur.

RSS will always support any decision or initiatives to protect the territorial integrity of the State as well as to preserve its communal harmony, it stated.
