Senapati, January 24 2023: Calling for speedy completion of the ongoing road construction along NH-29/A (Maram Peren road) by NHIDCL, the Zeme Students' Organisation, Manipur (ZSOM) has stated that it will not entertain any demands or disturbances made by any organisation in this regard.

In a statement, ZSOM sought the cooperation of other civil organisations, locals and the Nagas in general as the ongoing construction work is for the common interest of the people.

Further, the statement added that active volunteers will keep watch over the construction work for the safety and smooth functioning of the concerned agency.

ZSOM also urged the NHIDCL to expedite the construction work with special focus on quality maintenance.

The student body extended its gratitude to CM N Biren Singh for his sincere approach in developing the remote area.
