Worries of Kasom Khullen denizens multiply

Imphal, September 22 2012: Highlighting the deplorable road condition of the Chandrakhong-Kasom Khullen road, the lifeline of people inhabiting Kasom Khullen area in Ukhrul district, the Kasom Khullen Subdivision Development Association (KKSDDA) has urged the Government authority to take up immediate measures to redress the grievances and inconveniences caused to the people by the deplorable road.

A statement issued by the general secretary of KKSDDA, Livinjoy Rimai pointed out that the grievances of the people due to the bad road condition is coupled with the suspension of bus service plying along the road.

The bus service has been suspended by the transporters' association since few weeks back due to the alleged negligence of the authority concerned to the bad road condition.
