Proposed bandh to go ahead

Chandel, February 22 2015:
All Tribal Blind Association, Chandel district, in a statement issued by its secretary here today, has stated that proposed indefinite Chandel district bandh will start from tomorrow.
The decision came a day after Chandel A/C MLA Nunglhung Victor failed to deliver his promise made to the association on February 21.The MLA had on this day assured to arrange a meeting with Chief Minister O Ibobi to discuss the grievances faced by Mission Blind School of Heikakpokpi.
The statement has further appealed to civil organisations, clubs, meira paibis and the public in general to support the said bandh.
