Sinnaiyok Meritorious Award 2020 distributed to 100 students

Imphal, June 19 2020: Sinnaiyok Meritorious Award 2020 was distributed to altogether 100 students from Keishamthong Assembly Constituency who cleared this year HSLC examination conducted by BOSEM in the first division, today.

The award is sponsored by actor turned politician Mahesh Thounaojam, who is also the president of Republican Party of India (A), Manipur State.

At the event, Mahesh Thounaojam urged all to listen to the needs and aspiration of young students so that they could become responsible citizens in future.

Meanwhile, the Thoubal district police led by SP Dr S Ibomcha Singh also encouraged 5 students from the district who bagged positions in the HSLC Examination 2020 by presenting mementoes, dictionaries and writing materials.

The students feted are Sadananda Leishangthem (6th position); FM Anjana (15th position); Shakir Rahman (21st position); Arsalan Khan Phundreimayum (22nd position) and Sanasam Sarju Devi (24th position) .
