Imphal, September 18 2011: A special function on Rajbasha Hindi was held today at the hall of Manipur Hindi Parishad today.

The function was graced by Regional Director of Central Hindi Directorate, Guwahati Centre Umakanta Khubalkar and Manipur Hindi Parishad president Anoubam Binodchandra as chief guest and president respectively.

Manipur Hindi Parishad general secretary Dr Sagolsem Lanchenba presented a brief report on teaching Hindi in different schools located in the valley and hills of Manipur.

Dr Aribam Brajakumar presented another report on the Hindi Week being observed since September 14 under the aegis of Manipur Hindi Parishad.
