Chandel, June 17 2022: A district level seminar on "Inclusive quality education for all" was held on Friday at Penaching Community hall in Chandel district.

It was attended by Md Firoz Khan, (MCS), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Chandel District; Langhu Mojesh Anal, Assistant Inspector of School, Chandel; and Khupuh Komenshing Chara Moyon, chief of Penaching as presidium members.

Speaking on the occasion, Sonboi Aimol, secretary Asha Kiran, stated that the seminar was organised under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India to sensitize the teachers of SSA District Council and SAMAGRA on discrimination against persons with disabilities.

The seminar was organised by Asha Kiran, Kumbirei, Manipur in collaboration with National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disability, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Chennai, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.
