Imphal, November 16 2012: Zingtun Tangkhul Katamnao Long (ZTKL) felicitated 3 (three) Tangkhul MPSC-2010 successful candidates namely Semmi Ramror (MPS), K Themreingam Rainam (SDC) and RA Ransing (MSS) at Teinem village in UKhrul district on Friday.

Superintendent of Police of Sajiwa Central Jail I K Muivah (IPS), who attended the function as a resource person, said that "Christian culture is good for education.

Christian missionary schools are strict and emphasize on value education.

So, most of the bureaucracies and politicians in Manipur are the products of Christian educational institutes.

He also mentioned that there is a positive educational culture in Imphal and most of the parents are involved in their children's education.

This culture is to be learned by the villagers to make their children successful people.
