Book on solving Maths calculations

Imphal, March 13 2016: A book entitled, 'A New Formula on Clock with Problems' has been released at a simple function organised by New Life Foundation at Manipur Press Club today.

The book is written by PWD Executive Engineer P Mani.

He said that his book has 48 pages and it would help the students of the current generation in solving tough Mathemati- cal calculations in simpler ways.

Dedicating the book to his late father Lala Singh and mother Ibeni Devi, he said that the book contains formulae which simplify Mathematical calculations.

Mani further said that his objective of writing the book is to suggest a unique idea to the students and good learners who are especially interested in the 'problems of clock'.

Being an engineer, it has been his dream to develop new formulae to solve these tough problems, he said.

Saying that he completed developing the formulae in November last year, Mani said that he would not claim that his formulae are the best as there are many other formulae developed by different scholars as well.

Mani said that his formulae would however help the stu- dents of the current generation.

He claimed that innumerable questions for competitive examinations like SSC, Railways and Bank etc can be solved through his formulae.
