Imphal, October 12 2015: The annual freshers' meet cum literary and cultural meet 2015-16 of Tamphasana Girls' Higher Secondary School was held amidst fanfare today at the school premises.

MLA RK Imo Singh, MLA O Landhoni Devi, Director of Education (S) N Praveen Singh and Additional State Project Director SSA and mentor, TG Hr Sec school, Ng Bhogendra attended the programme as the presidium members.

Presentation of colourful cultural items by the students marked the programme.

Speaking at the occasion, MLA RK Imo, while pointing out that there are wide and varied career options now a days, encouraged the teachers and parents to make enough space for the students to choose and pursue careers of their like and choice.
