Imphal, November 10 2012: The Saikul Gamkai Zalaithang, 2012 a talent hunt and capacity building event of the youth of Saikul area, was organised today at Saikul Public Ground.

The event was jointly organised by Saikul Area Christian Youth Fellowship and KSO Saikul Block under the sponsorship of World Vision India, Sadar Hills ADP; Thangkanphai Baptist Church and civil society organisations.

With the objectives to identify and realise the talents of the youth, the event focused on two major skills this year, ie, singing and dancing skills.

The event has been organised annually since 2006.The series of events which began since October, saw the participation of around 85 youth in the age group of 15-27 .

The finale event was graced by MLA Yamthong Haokip as the chief guest while various members of Sadar Hills ADC attended the event.

Many talented singers and dancers have mesmerised the crowds with their skillful performances today.
