Imphal, May 31 2011: One lunatic woman was handed over to Lamphel police station by some local people of Lamboi Khongnangkhong today.

The woman aged about 40 years has been identified as Ashem Ibemma Devi d/o late A Manao Singh.

She is mother of a girl namely A Sanahanbi Devi.

As disclosed by Ibemma, she belongs to Sagolmang Pukhao, said a press release issued by the OC of Lamphel PS.

She is 4'5" in height and of slim built.

She has dark complexion and short and black hair.

She was wearing one T shirt (half sleeves) of pink colour and a Phanek of chandon colour and slippers.

She was also wearing necklace, ear rings and bangles, it added.
