Pariksha Pe Charcha programme conducted

Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR) under the aegis of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) organised 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' programme at Lamding community hall in Thoubal district today.
The Pariksha Pe Charcha programme was held with the primary objective to help the students overcome exam fear and stress and to let them appear in the examinations peacefully.
Today's programme was graced by MCPCR Chairperson Keisam Pradipkumar; Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Thoubal Anil Arambam; former MCPCR chairperson and former Director of Social Welfare Department, S Saratkumar Sharma and Child Welfare Committee Thoubal district Chairperson L Romen as the presidium members.
Speaking at the occasion, the dignitaries and resource persons deliberated on the measures to help the students overcome exam fear and stress as it impacts the overall well-being of the students .
The speakers advised the teachers and guardians to help the young students take the exams lightly rather than stressing over it.
They maintained that if the students experience exam stress and anxiety, they should share their thoughts and problems to lighten the burden.
Following a healthy and disciplined lifestyle will help in overcoming the exam stress and fear to a large extent, they said.
Students from different schools participated in the Pariksha Pe Charcha programme.
