Imphal, June 22 2011: Event Management Group Oriental Pumpkin will organise a musical concert celebrating the 50th birthday of noted Tangkhul folk singer Reuben Mashangva in October this year.

It was informed by Manager of the group, RK James on the sidelines of an event organised in connection with World Music Day at Hotel Imphal yesterday.

A video album featuring the ace singer will also be released during the concert to be held under the theme, 'Peace Together' .

Apart from screening of Oinam Doren's award winning short film, Songs of Mashangva, the Tangkhul folk singer also performed with his son in yesterday's event.
