'Apao Camp belongs to Kholi Konyak'

Imphal, March 14 2016: Senior leaders from Phom Region led by Kilonser Chuba Khamsik and Kilonser Shongyoung and senior leaders from Konyak Region, Kilonser Moahba, Kilonser Angba, Kilonser Athrom and Kilonser Pangloi and high ranking Naga Army officers led by Maj Gen Kossam and Designated Camp Commander Brig Shahwa declared that Apao Camp belongs to Baba Kholi Konyak and it shall stand with Baba Kholi.

According to a statement issued by Brig Shahwa Konyak, Camp Commander, Apao designated Camp, Baba's loves for Naga peo- ple went to such a historical move to sacrifice his own chair as president of GPRN/ NSCN (U) and join hands with Isak Swu and Th Muivah to support and expe- dite the Indo-Naga talk.

It may sound like betraying his own identity but the truth is that Nagas cannot be united unless a true leader like Baba Kholi humbles himself to bow before Naga people and urge for early solution.

How can we Nagas unite if they still go on to claim superior- ity for one own ind ividual benefits and policies?, it asked.

It also pledged to re- main loyal to Baba Kholi and stand firm to protect against all odds.
